*All prices are fixed and non-negotiable

*There will be no reservations of items, it based on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who make payment first.

*Once an order and payment had been made, there will be NO CANCELLATION and REFUND.

*Condition of chosen items are checked before sending out. Therefore, there will be no EXCHANGE and REFUND.

*Please take note that colors of items may differ due to photography lightning or computer resolution.

*We will not responsible for any loss or damages items during shipping, hence we will carefully package the items.

*Pre-order items will need 2-3 weeks to arrive.

*Payment are to be made within 24 hours, if not orders will be deemed cancelled.

Pre Order Terms and Conditions
# Pre-order will be cancelled if the MOQ is not met. All funds received will be refunded accordingly.
#Kindly note that only paid orders is taken. Please transfer payment to us once the pre-order BP (Bulk Purchase) order or your order is confirm.
#No cancellation or exchange of item after payment is made. Full refund will be given if the BP is unsuccesful or item selected is out of stock.
#Waiting time 2-3 weeks after the BP is closed (subject to delay from supplier).
